Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a data and SQL background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements, developing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and working closely with both business and technical teams. Experience in Insurance Domain is required.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop detailed BRDs and FRDs to support project initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights using SQL.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the data requirements are clearly understood.
- Assist in the design and validation of reports and data-driven solutions.
