Producer-Editor (AI Narrative Film)

Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, leveraging AI and predictive algorithms to discover unknown stories and produce blockbuster hits. As a Producer-Editor, you will work on translating scripted scenes into cinematic visual sequences using our AI production tools, building cohesive short films from script to final cut, and more.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in narrative filmmaking
• Strong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timing
• A cinematic eye: you understand framing, mood, and visual storytelling
• Confidence making creative decisions independently
• The ability to spot when something feels ‘off’ and articulate why
• Detail orientation without losing sight of the bigger story
• Comfort working from script and shaping narrative arcs
• Experience editing narrative content (short films, features, scripted digital content, etc.)
• A curiosity about new creative tools (AI experience not required)
