Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our 10-person team in Hamburg. The role involves managing campaigns on social media, designing new ad concepts, and evaluating campaign results. The ideal candidate has experience with Meta and TikTok campaigns in the D2C field and has managed significant six- or seven-figure monthly budgets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of responsibility for managing advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Experience in designing and evaluating ad concepts
- Experience working with attribution tools like Klar & TripleWhale
- Ability to interpret numbers and use them for optimizing campaigns
- Very good language skills in German and English
