Staff Attorney - Elder Law

We are seeking a Lead Staff Attorney to join the Elder Law Team at Inland Counties Legal Services. The attorney will work closely with the Elder Law Practice Group Director and provide full range of legal assistance to clients aged 60 and over in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for seniors and their lived experiences, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong interest in ICLS' mission.

Requirements

• Familiarity with and follow all ICLS and funder policies, and all applicable state, federal and local regulations
• Develop broad legal expertise in elder law
• Provide full range of legal assistance to clients
• Engage with client and community groups, local stakeholders, bar associations, and governmental associations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, project management skills, and interest in ICLS' mission
