Job Description
IEHP is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to advance the organization's data governance framework, ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across all business units.
Requirements
- Support the development and enforcement of data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Monitor and improve data quality across Medicaid and Medicare datasets
- Collaborate with data stewards, business analysts, and IT teams to define and maintain metadata, data lineage, and data classification
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Conduct data audits and assessments to validate data accuracy and completeness
- Facilitate data stewardship activities and promote best practices in data management
