Job Description
IEHP is seeking a Director of Reporting Analytics & Informatics to lead the day-to-day operations of the Reporting and Analytics CoE. The role involves managing workflows, overseeing project intake, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Director will collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to maintain data consistency and deliver impactful insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a health plan or other healthcare related organization
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or information management or a related field
- Experience with technical data product delivery (e.g., ETL, data modelling, reporting development)
- Experience with reporting and analytics governance
- Experience with project management, meeting facilitation, backlog management, and prioritization
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics best practices and common tools (e.g., Power BI, SAS)
