Requirements

• Support in creating robust financial models and valuation frameworks for strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, partnerships, and IPO planning.
• Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to evaluate business decisions.
• Perform in-depth industry, market, and competitive research to identify strategic trends.
• Support due-diligence and narrative building for any fund raising process.
• Create high-quality review decks and strategic presentations for leadership, board committees, and external advisors.
• Maintain and improve reporting templates, KPI dashboards, and performance trackers aligned with public-company benchmarks.
• Analyse business performance against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams across finance, legal and Business to drive IPO readiness.
