Analytics Engineer

As our Analytics Engineer, you'll own the foundation that makes data-driven decisions possible, building the infrastructure that powers product, marketing, and commercial decisions at Inner Circle. You'll work closely with the data lead to drive the execution of everything data infrastructure-related, from pipelines and models to documentation and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Strong experience with data warehousing platforms, particularly Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data modelling and transformation
• Proficiency with data orchestration tools such as Dagster or similar
• Strong SQL skills and experience designing data models for analytics workflows
• Experience with Python for data engineering tasks
• A track record of building reliable, well-documented data pipelines in production
• Ability to translate business questions into data structures and models
• Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and follows through
• Self-starter who takes ownership of projects from start to finish
• Bonus: experience supporting AI-assisted or LLM-based querying on structured data
