Directeur·trice - Préconstruction

We are seeking a Preconstruction Director to lead a team of strategic planners and estimators in the development and implementation of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in developing and/or constructing wind and solar projects, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in developing and/or constructing wind and solar projects in the United States and/or Canada
• At least 5 years of experience in a role involving leadership responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of project development in the renewable energy sector
• Customer-focused and willing to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; initiative and dynamism
