Job Description
This person heads the ideation, development, and execution of transformative digital initiatives across the organization. As a key leader in the Shared Services & Digital Innovation function, this role will be central in shaping the companys digital roadmap, driving cross-functional innovation projects, and embedding technology-enabled solutions into core business operations.
Requirements
- Define and drive the digital innovation strategy in alignment with enterprise objectives and business needs.
- Oversee the innovation project pipeline, ensuring prioritization of high-impact, scalable initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal business units, IT, and external partners to ensure successful integration and adoption of digital solutions.
- Build relationships with startups, academic institutions, technology providers, and industry consortia to tap into external innovation networks.
- Mentor and coach business stakeholders in innovation methodology and tools (e.g., design thinking, lean experimentation, agile delivery).
