Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior mechanical experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines
• Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools)
• Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams
• Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers
• Extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-) Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines)
• Fluency in English a must
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills...experienced in customer communications.
