As Mechanical Engine Assembly Lead / Trainer, you'll have the unique opportunity to complete specialized training at our Jenbacher headquarters in Austria and then bring that knowledge back to Waukesha to help train and mentor your colleagues.
Requirements
- Technical training or equivalent experience in engine assembly, plant construction, or related fields
- Hands-on experience as a mechanical technician, automotive mechanic, or similar role
- Strong attention to quality and commitment to high assembly standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance)
- Valid work authorization for the United States
