Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to establish robust measurement and testing processes, define operational quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience in measurement and testing technology, mechanical engineering, service, or mechanical manufacturing
• Strong sense of ownership, high quality awareness, and an ability to engage, motivate, and develop people
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge cultural and cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel up to 10% for training at site in Jenbach to learn the Quality Systems & Processes, as well as build relationships with teammates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn Quality tools (Q-DAS or Oracle NC-Management)
