Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Banquet Captain to supervise and assist with the set-up, service, and cleanup of all assigned banquet functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of banquet and customer service experience
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English
- Knowledge of reservation and POS systems
- Ability to work with computers and software
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Must be a team player
