Requirements

• Greet and serve guests at special functions and events
• Assist with event planning, preparation, and clean up
• Maintain a positive demeanor and address conflict in a calm manner
• Recommend beer or wine selections to guests
• Collect used dishes and utensils from tables and return them to the dishwashing area
