Bartender

Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Bartender to mix and serve alcoholic beverages to all guests, verifying identification and age requirements, and promoting a positive and caring work environment.

Requirements

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Make a variety of popular and creative cocktails and be familiar with different types of wine and beer
• Sell or influence others for upselling and suggestive selling
• Maintain the bar area and ensure all products, drinks, and cups are readily accessible and available for use during an event
• Collect payments from guests, process credit card transactions, and accurately manage cash transactions
• Maintain a friendly attitude, attending all guests in an efficient and prompt manner
