Requirements

• Maintaining order of the property
• Assigning tasks to engineering department
• Ensuring all safety and structural standards are met
• Supervising projects from start to completion
• Evaluating all costs associated with each project
• Delegating tasks to Engineering teams
• Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation
• Performing quality control checks on all systems and products
• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel
• Maintaining order in the hotel
• Ensuring time-based maintenance is completed
• Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance
• Providing technical support and training on all new equipment
• Familiar with all applicable laws and codes
• Responds to guest complaints
• Creates and maintains preventive maintenance schedules
• Analyzing data and drafting reports
• Projects a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
