Guest Services Agent

Guest Service Agents are the face of the hotel, responsible for accommodating guests and assisting with their various needs. They must maintain a positive demeanor, resolve conflicts, and adhere to hotel policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience required, hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to interpret instructions
• Effective communication in English
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems
• Ability to work with computers and software
• Multi-tasking and detail-oriented
• Team player
• Ability to work independently
