As a Robotics Project Lead for Data Collection, you will fully own some of our most visible and high‐impact robotics data programs, making decisions that directly influence data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins.

Requirements

• Strong technical background plus a business‐oriented mindset
• 3+ years of experience leading project or program teams, developing operational processes, or launching new operations in a fast‐paced environment
• Excellent problem‐solving skills and comfort working through complex, ambiguous operational challenges
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfort with AI tools to optimize and automate workflows
