Senior Technical Writer

Join Innoflight as a Senior Technical Writer to lead planning, content strategy, timelines, and formatting standards for complex engineering and operational technical documentation. Lead document lifecycle processes, develop documentation project plans, and serve as the documentation SME for management and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communications, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 7 or more years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation, or documentation control
• Strong technical background supporting engineering or operational systems
• Advanced understanding of engineering and/or operational principles and expert-level knowledge of technical document preparation
• Ability to identify documentation gaps, process risks, and inefficiencies, and implement effective, compliant solutions
