Job Description
Join Innoflight as a Software Integration & Test Engineer III and lead system integration and automated testing for circuit cards and electronic assemblies across multiple spacecraft programs. Contribute to the development of advanced test plans, automation frameworks, and verification strategies that ensure high reliability and performance in mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- Design and lead test strategies for circuit cards and electronic assemblies
- Develop automation frameworks and write advanced test automation software in Python
- Investigate and resolve test anomalies and debug complex systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and effective troubleshooting
- Estimate and track projects, provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Drive continuous improvement and document results
