Become part of the global Innomotics team that is digitizing HR processes worldwide as an experienced HR professional. Manage Talent & Learning processes in the SAP SuccessFactors system, and connect HR, IT, and external partners to ensure the HR technology supports the business and is user-friendly.

Requirements

• Secondary education in economics, IT, or a similar field
• Technical knowledge in data structures, system integrations, and IT configurations
• At least 2 years of experience with configuring and managing SuccessFactors modules (Talent, Learning)
• At least 3 years of experience with HR systems, process management, or implementation
• Knowledge of data security principles and GDPR
• Experience in project management, Agile / Scrum / PMP certification is an advantage
• Fluent English for daily work in an international environment
