Manage Talent & Learning processes in the SAP SuccessFactors system, and connect HR, IT, and external partners to ensure the HR technology supports the business and is user-friendly.
Requirements
- Secondary education in economics, IT, or a similar field
- Technical knowledge in data structures, system integrations, and IT configurations
- At least 2 years of experience with configuring and managing SuccessFactors modules (Talent, Learning)
- At least 3 years of experience with HR systems, process management, or implementation
- Knowledge of data security principles and GDPR
- Experience in project management, Agile / Scrum / PMP certification is an advantage
- Fluent English for daily work in an international environment
