Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst II based in our Irvine, CA location. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, be an integral part of a team dedicated to financial accuracy and excellence. In this role, you will play a critical part in the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable processes.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in accounts payable or related fields
- Working knowledge of general accounting practices
- Previous experience with Oracle Fusion and Concur preferred
- Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) Certification is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required
- Exposure to ERP software, Teams, and Zoom is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
