Due to our company's rapid growth in Germany, we are expanding our sales team. This position as Account Executive/Business Development Manager offers you the opportunity to shine as a true sales professional - with a clear focus on acquiring new customers in Germany and managing existing customer relationships.
Requirements
- Completed studies (HBO/Fachhochschule) in business administration, sales management, food technology or a comparable field
- At least 4 years of successful sales experience in a comparable position
- Experience in B2B sales (knowledge of the food and beverage industry is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of market research and consumer analysis
- Experience in a dynamic, international, and growth-oriented environment
- Familiarity with MS Office, Salesloft, Dynamics, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
- Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia (Cologne, Dortmund), Hamburg, Frankfurt, or Stuttgart region
- Fluent German and preferably also English
- Willingness to work in Arnheim for two weeks during onboarding (accommodation provided)
