You will be the spider in the web between our clients and internal teams, managing projects from scope and planning to coordination and delivery. As the face to the client, you will deepen relationships, manage expectations, and build trust.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in an IT or digital environment
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- A strong sense of planning, scope, and expectations management
- Experience with aligning multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
