Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to design and develop modern, scalable, and impactful digital solutions for an educational company. The role involves designing and implementing APIs, architecture, data flows, asynchrony, reliability, security, and performance, with a focus on backend systems and impact on education.

Requirements

• At least +5 years of professional experience in software development in a similar profile
• Ability to design complete solutions, from architecture to delivery
• Enjoy clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience and mindset of early adopter in using AI agents to develop
• Autonomy, execution capacity, and technical decision-making leadership with criteria
• Great sense of ownership of the product and concern for quality
• Vocation for mentoring, to raise the level of the team and the use of good practices
• Enjoy technical debate and complex challenges
• Conversational fluency in Spanish to collaborate effectively with the team
