EAM Solution Consultant

EAM Solution Consultant will lead delivery of maintenance and operations deployments, designing solution architectures and guiding customers through the solution journey. This role will directly influence how industrial enterprises improve execution discipline, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years as a functional SME in maintenance operations
• Basic understanding of backend EAM applications like SAP PM, MAS 8 or above
• Experience in leading EAM based solution implementations
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops and build value-based business cases
• Knowledge of agile methods and familiarity with solution configuration, change management, and business process transformation
