Product Developer/Project Manager (Turnkey/Fragrance)

Join IBG as a Product Developer/Project Manager and be responsible for managing new launches for full turnkey, stock packaging, and/or accessories. The role involves organizing kick-off meetings, sourcing vendors, negotiating costs, and ensuring quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Cosmetics, Fashion Management, Business/Marketing
• 3-5 years experience in a previous project management or product development role
• Project planning experience and strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience working with fragrance houses, international factories, and vendors preferred
• Working knowledge of Wrike, and ClickUp or other Project Management tools is an asset
• Previous experience in beauty or personal care considered an asset
