Job Description
Join IBG as Project Assistant and help launch the next beauty innovation in Germany. As a proactive multitasker, you'll coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, maintain accurate master data, and support the sample process. You'll work in a dynamic international team environment and have opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Speak and write fluently in both German and English
- Have relevant vocational training or a Bachelor's in BWL or related field
- Bring 1–3 years’ experience in administrative or project coordination, ideally in cosmetics or consumer goods
- Be a proactive, well-organized multitasker with excellent eye for detail and communication skills
- Know your way around MS Office, and be comfortable with ERP/CRM tools (like NetSuite or SAP Ariba)
