Assistant Project Manager

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is a Professional & Technical Management Consulting firm seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for their facilities operations and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, safety compliance, and quality control, with experience in supervising staff, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 5 years of recent experience in operation and maintenance of equipment in a supervisory capacity
• Minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in HVAC and Mechanical Systems and in quality control inspections of building systems and equipment
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a manager of service technicians
• Ability to interpret and execute verbal and written instructions accurately
