Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is a Professional & Technical Management Consulting firm seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator to support custodial and facility operations in Martinsburg, WV.
Requirements
- Manage all data entry, scheduling, creating, assigning and closing work tickets.
- Maintaining accurate records for all work tickets, locations, resources and equipment.
- Setting up user roles, permissions, and system workflows.
- Ensuring digital records and documentation meets customer and regulatory standards.
- Develop and provide all necessary reports and database queries as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 4 hours during normal Government working hours.
