Custodial Supervisor

ICMS is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead and oversee custodial staff in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of building interiors and exteriors, including grounds maintenance and related services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent experience in managing custodial and related services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Documented experience as a Custodial Supervisor in a commercial or institutional environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively lead custodial teams
• Knowledge of proper custodial procedures for using and maintaining cleaning tools, machines, and chemical solutions
• Familiarity with quality control programs related to custodial operations, including inspections and corrective actions
• Experience and familiarity with CMMS platforms, specifically Maximo
• Ability to work independently and follow specific, detailed instructions
• Capable of written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to work on foot for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)
• Ability to climb stairs and lift 20+ pounds, when needed
• Willingness to respond to emergencies after hours
• Experience working in a government facility
• Must meet federal government security clearance standards, requiring at least a Public Trust background investigation
• Ability to climb ladders, use power tools, and perform heavy physical labor as needed
• Exposure to wet, humid conditions, chemicals, fumes, and dust
• Work may include outdoor exposure to inclement weather
