Senior HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance Technician

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC and Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of a federal client. The role is 100% onsite at a Federal Government facility and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, OSHA 10 Certification, and 5+ years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) Certificate.
• OSHA 10 Certification (preferably OSHA 30)
• 5+ years of experience in AC and Refrigeration trade as an HVAC/R Technician in a commercial industrial/government setting
• At least 2 years of leadership experience as a Lead or Foreman in the HVAC/R field
• Reliable transportation to work
• TRANE Chiller experience
• TRANE Automation System experience
• Boiler experience a plus
• Experience working in a government facility
• Strong industry relationships with equipment and parts distributors, manufacturers and service providers
