The Human Resources Coordinator supports day-to-day HR and people operations for approximately 14 restaurant locations across California, Nevada, and Texas.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of California employment law required.
- 2-3 years of prior HR Coordinator or HR administrative experience preferred; hospitality/restaurant experience a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- HRIS experience required; Paylocity strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
