Yami is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers. The role will work closely with assigned departments to align people strategies with business objectives while providing hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Effective communication skills (written/verbal) across all levels of the company
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy and consistent follow-through
- Excellent Presentation skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems or a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- A proactive attitude and thrives under pressure
- Bilingual language skills in Mandarin
