HR Manager

Lifestores is looking to hire an HR manager who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate should care deeply about enabling people’s success & have experience managing key aspects of HR, including org chart planning, recruiting, performance management & reviews, promotions, team engagement, career planning, and staff exits.

• Leading all aspects of HR for Lifestores’ own stores & OGA pharmacy teams
• Defining a recruitment plan for the next year to meet the company’s growth goals
