Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lagos, Tin Can. The successful candidate will have a solid background in Industrial Relations (IR) and Fleet Management, in addition to general HR responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on IR and Fleet Management
- Experience working in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
