Server - BOA Steakhouse

BOA Steakhouse is now accepting applications for Servers to join its team at the newly transformed Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley. As a Server, you will provide a unique dining experience for guests by delivering outstanding customer service and a superior guest experience.

Requirements

• 2 years previous server experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel; Open Table and Restaurant POS Systems
• Possess a strong familiarity with food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both with guests and teammates
• A positive, upbeat attitude with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends
• A valid Food Handler Card and Alcohol Awareness Training Certificate (must have upon hire)
• Ability to work standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and manage a physically demanding role
• Must be 21 years or older
