Job Description
We’re hiring a creative strategist for paid Social & display ads to concept, design, and iterate high-converting ad creatives for paid acquisition campaigns across mortgage, solar, insurance, and home services.
Requirements
- Concept and create high-converting ad creatives (static, video, UGC-style, advertorial angles, hooks)
- Design ad creatives yourself (images, variations, layouts, thumbnails, etc.)
- Write or contribute to direct response copy (hooks, headlines, scripts)
- Generate and test new creative angles, hooks, and offers
- Collaborate closely with media buyers to: Analyze performance data, Identify winning patterns, Scale top-performing concepts, Rapidly iterate on creatives based on performance data, Build a high-volume creative testing pipeline, Stay current with trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and native platforms
