Electrical Field Supervisor

Innovative Electric is seeking a skilled Electric Field Supervisor to support residential electrical contracting projects in Charleston, SC. This role involves managing pre-wire, rough-in, trim-out, and final install phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining quality standards. The supervisor will oversee technicians and communicate effectively with all parties involved.

Requirements

• Maintain efficiencies of Innovative pre-wires through supervision of jobs.
• Lead and coach technicians on projects.
• Proper materials usage on projects.
• Quality control of work of other techs.
• Monitor the status of active jobs.
• Strong communication skills with project manager and builder.
• Experience reading blueprints and understanding safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
