Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving the growth of cyber security solutions within assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships focused on cyber security solutions.
• Understand client business needs and objectives to provide appropriate technology solutions.
• Manage account planning, sales forecasting, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and solutions within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams including technical, marketing, and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status and sales progress.
