Requirements
- Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee engagement and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or employee experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
