Job Description
Innovive Health is seeking a Clinical Educator to join their growing team. The Clinical Educator will provide clinical education for home health staff, assess learning needs, and develop educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, 3+ years of experience in nursing or healthcare operations, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, nursing education, or closely related field
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing or other related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 3+ years of experience in nursing, healthcare operations, educational experience, EMR trainer
- 2-5 years of clinical content development experience
- Strong technical proficiency with demonstrated ability to leverage technology for training & education
