Job Description
Innovive Health is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join their growing team. The role involves administering Physical Therapy care to patients in their homes, conducting evaluations, start of care, follow-up visits, discharges, and OASIS evaluation. The successful candidate will have a degree in Physical Therapy, a valid license to practice within the state of Massachusetts, and at least 1 year of home care experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
- Valid license to practice Physical Therapy within the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Home care experience required
- Preferred 1 year of appropriate experience
