Job Description
Inns of Aurora is seeking a highly motivated Reservationist to provide a seamless guest experience by securing accommodation, dining, spa, and resort reservations. This role requires a strong communication and organizational skillset, with a focus on providing excellent service and maximizing revenue. The position involves front-line customer interaction, problem solving, and technical support.
Requirements
- Secure resort reservations (accommodations, dining, Spa, resort)
- Manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment
- Flexibility with hourly schedules (weekend, holiday, evening availability)
- High-touch operations and service requirements
