Certified Nurse Midwife

Inova Health System is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to work in an OB/GYN office outpatient setting and in the hospital managing labor, performing OB deliveries, and rounding on patients.

Requirements

• Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of a post masters certificate program for nurse practitioners
• Current Nurse Midwifery Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors
• Ability to enroll as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services
