Medical Hospitalist - Advanced Practice Provider(NP/PA) - Loudoun

Our Inova Loudoun Hospitalist Division is looking for dedicated Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join the team.

Requirements

• Will provide direct hands-on care to patients within the limits of credentials granted by the Medical Staff of Inova Loudoun in recognition of advanced training and experience in this field
• Will adhere to patient care and admission criteria policies and procedures of the Department of Medicine
• You will perform high quality clinical practices and effective patient management, under physician supervision, in accordance with state regulations including primary/secondary specialty care in clinical and/or surgical practice settings.
• Demonstrate technical expertise by assisting physicians with diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state guidelines.
• Displaying respect for and an appreciation for the contributions from all team members in order to foster positive working relationships is essential.
• Participating in quality and best practice initiatives by utilizing standards and guidelines for cost effective care delivery in order to continuously improve patient care and enhance outcomes is required.
