MRI Technologist (MRI Tech)

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiography or graduate of an accredited school of nuclear medicine with MRI training (must be MRI Registry eligible through ARRT).
• American Registered Radiologic Technologists, or ARMRIT or CAMRT. CNMT certification in lieu of ARRT is also acceptable. Must obtain MRI certification within 12 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
• Prior experience preferred as Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and/or MRI Technologist in a hospital/healthcare environment or recent student at Inova Health System.
