Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med Tech)

Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is looking for a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med Tech) to join the team. This role will be Varied Shift+Schedule: PRN (as needed). Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience.

Requirements

• Administers sound patient care practices according to department and hospital policies/procedures.
• Provides clinical services according to Nuclear Medicine practice standards while acting as a resource to Nuclear Medicine students and other technologist.
• Assists the physician in performing a variety of examinations by using standard department protocols, isolation precautions, and/or sterile techniques.
• May perform additional duties as assigned
