Physical Therapist Outpatient

Inova Physical Therapy Center is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join their team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, a VA physical therapist license, and BLS certification. The position involves working as needed, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Documents the results of evaluations clearly and completely
• Completes daily progress notes and discharge notes
• Documents evidence of patient and family/caregiver education
• Contacts families, physicians or other healthcare team members
• Provides educational materials and methods
